		<description>I agree that it is UnAmerican. It is disturbing that only 4 states agree. And more disturbing that the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court (a conservative of the Federalist Society) doesn&#039;t believe in either limited government intervention, &lt;em&gt;or &lt;/em&gt;state&#039;s rights to interpret this issue for their own laws.

		<description>if it isok to pull people over based on anonymous tips why didnt this guy just leave a tip on the prosecuter the day of the hearing ,no prosecuter ....no case....or the arresting officer .....or even the judge....bottom line this whole thing is very dangerous to the american way of life and shouldnt be allowed.......cops can investigate find one of the hundreds of legit reasons to pull the vehicles over,and conduct there dui arrest from there ...................this is UNamerican.</description>
